The all new Embers Wood Fired Grill has a newly designed contemporary atmosphere and features one of South Jersey's only wood fired grills with a new menu that includes a variety of wood fired appetizers, salads, entrees and side dishes.
Embers features unique appetizers like Home Made Flame Grilled Sausage, Pretzel Encrusted Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes and their signature soup - Roasted Corn & Lobster Chowder. Along with an array of salads and sandwiches Embers also offers entrees such as Fire Roasted Vegetable Lasagna, a Flame Grilled Double Thick Pork Chop and a Wood Grilled Fresh Swordfish Steak.
Embers Lounge serves 31 wines by the glass, a wide variety of micro brews, high end spirits and offers Happy Hour Monday-Friday with drink specials and complimentary hors d'oeuvres.
