The Dipping Grille at Cebu is the latest in fun casual American and International dining. Cebu's Chef prepares top quality fish, poultry, lamb, shellfish and beef entrees. Each entree is accompanied on the side by a trio of sauces that you can choose from the Chef's extensive list of thirty specially blended sauces. Our staff will offer the Chef's recommended sauces for your particular entree, but the choice will always be yours. Go hot! Go sweet! Go savory or piquant! The choice is yours. Share your sauces with your dining partner and enjoy twice the selection. It's good. It's different. Best of all- it's really fun. The Dipping Grille makes every mouthful a different experience. Chef's sauces have been developed over a long career in the restaurant business and demonstrate his international background. Be it a pomegranate wine reduction from France or a spiced papaya mango chutney from the Pacific Rim, there is truly a trio of experiences awaiting your every bite. Accompanying wine pairings are also recommended.
